The Nanoscale System Design Option in the Computer Engineering program focuses on the emerging field of nanotechnology. This option gives an introduction to the processes involved in the fabrication of nanoscale integrated circuits and to design tools necessary for the mass production of nanoscale systems.

Here is an estimate of the tuition and fees for your first year of studies in this program. All students in the Qualifying Year in the Faculty of Engineering follow a common curriculum in their first year. At the end of the first year, students choose among the various specialized Engineering programs offered and between the traditional and cooperative education streams.
